赤かぶ検事奮戦記（あかかぶけんじふんせんき）とは、
和久峻三執筆による『赤かぶ検事シリーズ』（司法試験に受験し合格したエリートではなく検察事務官から叩き上げで検事になった赤かぶ検事こと柊茂（ひいらぎ しげる）が活躍する法廷ミステリー小説）を原作にしたフランキー堺主演によるテレビドラマ・シリーズの総称。1994年からは橋爪功に主演がバトンタッチされ、そちらは『新・赤かぶ検事奮戦記』シリーズと呼ばれて区別されている。
